Homemade Honey Dew Ice cream Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Honey Dew, grated  2 cups

Low fat cream        1 cup

Sugar                   1/2 cup

 

Method:

  1. Put the cream in mixing bowl and beat until it is fluffy. 

  2. Cut the honey dew into small pieces and put it into food processor. Process the honey dew into mash.

  3. Combine the cream with honey dew mash and stir to mix it well.

  4. Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate it for about 1 hour.

  5. Take the container out from refrigerator and stir it with a spoon. Refrigerate it again for an hour and repeat this step for 4 times. Finally it is ready to be served.
