Kiwi Sorbet Recipes

Ingredients:

 

Sugar

Water

Kiwi Fruits, peeled

Lemon

Water

180ml

Method:

  1. Combine water and sugar. Heat it on medium heat. Stir until the sugar it melted and remove from heat.

  2. Put the kiwi fruits in blender and blend.

  3. Combine both of the mixtures in a container. Mix it well.

  4. Refrigerate it for about 45 minutes. Take it out from the refrigerator and blend until the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate again.
