Mint and Milk Pudding

Ingredients:

 

Ingredients A:

Mint Juice           20g

Sugar                 20g

Gelatin Powder   2 teaspoon

Water                320g

 

Ingredients B:

Coconut Milk      120g

Milk                  80g

Low Fat Cream   80g

Sugar               80g

Gelatin Powder   3 teaspoon

 

Method:

 

Ingredients A:

  1. Double boil to melt the gelatin powder in water. Add sugar to the mixture. Stir until the sugar is melt and remove from heat. leave it cool for a minute or 2.

  2. When the sugar mixture is cool, add in mint juice and stir to combine.

  3. Pour mixture A into serving cup. Fill only half  to 3/4 of the cup. Put the mixture in refrigerator to leave it cool.

Ingredients B:

  1. Put all the ingredients in the double boiler. Stir until sugar is melt and all ingredients are combined.

  1. Take the mixture A out from refrigerator. Pour mixture B on mixture A. Refrigerate for about 40 minutes and it is ready to be served.
