Mocha Jelly (Green Tea Jelly) with Milk Syrup

 

Ingredients:

Mocha (Green tea powder)
Sugar
Warm water

Agar
Sugar
Water

Milk Syrup
Condensed milk
Milk
Fresh cream

Canned red bean

Method:

  1. Mix the mocha and sugar in a container. Add in warm water and stir the mixture until the sugar is melted.

  2. Mix the agar, sugar and water in a boiler. Put the boiler in reduced heat and stir until the mixture is thicken. Add in the mocha mixture in step 1.

  3. Place the mocha mixture in container and refrigerated for about 40mins.

Milk Syrup

  1. Pour condensed milk. Milk and fresh cream into boiler in sequence. Mix well.

  2. Place the canned red bean in the serving bowl. Place the mocha jelly on it and pour milk syrup over the jelly. It is now ready to serve.


Green tea is proven to have anti-oxidize effect which can prevent the growth of cancer cell and also lowering cholesterol level.
