Combine cornstarch cheese powder and 120g of papaya juice. Cook the
mixture over low heat
until it is combine.
Combine the left over papaya juice with
sugar and butter. Add into the mixture in step 1. Cook the mixture over
low heat and stir until it is combine
Pour the mixture into a square container. Refrigerate it for about 45
minutes.
When the mixture is harden, remove from container and cut into strips.
Preheat the oven to 330°F.
Cut the papaya into strips. Mix another 1 teaspoon of cornstarch with 2
teaspoon of water.
Spread the cornstarch evenly on spring roll wrapper. Place papaya cheese
strips and papaya slices diagonally at about 1/3 of the wrapper.
Fold the left and right corner of the wrapper to the middle. Roll it until
the end of the wrapper. Seal the opening with cornstarch mixture from step
5.
Spread some butter on baking pan. Place the spring roll on baking plate.
Bake for about 5~10 minutes or until the surface of spring roll is golden.
