Plum Wine Jelly

 

Ingredients:

Sugar
Water
Gelatin
Water
Plum wine
Lemon juice

 

75g
200ml
4g
2 tablespoons
100ml
1 teaspoon

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

  1. Add the water and sugar in an boiler. Heats the mixture until the sugar is melted and then removes from heat.

  2. Soak gelatin in 2 tablespoon of water for 2 ~ 3mins. Add the gelatin into the sugar mixture.

  3. Add lemon juice and plum wine into the mixture. Mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture in to pan/container. Leave it inside refrigerator for 1 hr.

 

For this recipe, you can control the texture of the jelly by adding or reducing the amount of gelatin use.
