Sangria Jelly (Red Wine Jelly)

 

Ingredients:

Gelatin powder
Water
Sugar
Water

Orange juice
Orange peel
Lemon juice
Wine

 

9g
3 tablespoons
60g
170ml

160ml
(optional)
2 teaspoons
200ml

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

  1. Soak the gelatin with 3 table spoon of water for about 5 mins. Double boil to melt the gelatin.

  2. In another boiler, add in sugar and water. Boil and stir the mixture. Add in orange juice and orange peel. After the mixture is boiled and the sugar is melted, remove from heat.

  3. Add wine and lemon juice into the mixture.

  4. Add the gelatin into the mixture and mix well.

  5. Pour the mixture in to pan/container. Leave it inside refrigerator for 1 hr to set.

  6. Scope the jelly into serving bowl/cup. Place a little bit of orange peel on it as decorations.
