Apple Pork Chop Recipe

 

Ingredients:

Pork Chop
Apple
Onion
Black pepper
Salt
Stock/Water

Method:

  1. Cut apple into pieces and remove the seed. Cut onion into slices.

  2. Clean up the pork chop. Sprinkle pepper and salt on the pork chop and leave it marinate for a while.

  3. Fry pork chop in frying pan for a while. Remove from heat when the surface is turning brownish.

  4. In deep skillet with lid, add in little bit of oil. Add in onion and apple. Fry for 1 ~ mins. Add in pork chop and stock. Close the lid. Cook for 10 mins or to desired doneness.

  5. Separate slices of apple from the rest. Mash the apple.

  6. Put the mashed apple in a frying pan. Pour some source from step 4. add in little bit of salt. Cook until boiled.

  7. Serve the pork chop and pour some apple source from step 6 on the pork chop.

Tips:

  1. Pork chop is fry before cook to preserve the tenderness of it.

  2. Do not overcook the pork chop at step 4. Use a fork to test whether the pork chop is cooked.
