Spare ribs 750g
Bacon Slice 2
Ginger, sliced 6
Garlic, sliced 4
Satay Sauce 3 tablespoons
Diet Coke 1 can
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tablespoons
Sugar 2 1/2 teaspoons
Water 3 cups
Method:

Wash the spare ribs and put it in boiling water. Coke for about 15
minutes. Drain the water and add dark sauce to marinate it.

In a cooking pan, add in 1 tablespoon of oil and heat it over low heat.
Add in satay sauce and sauté for 1 ~ 2 minutes. Leave it aside.

Add in 1/2 tablespoon of oil into the cooking pan and heat it. Add in
ginger and garlic sauté for about 1 minute. Remove it from the pan and
leave it aside.

Add spare ribs and bacon into the cooking pan and sauté. Add back in
ginger, garlic and then water and coke. When the mixture is boiling
slightly, add in satay sauce and stir. Add in soy sauce, sugar, salt.
Stir until the spare ribs is soft and sauce is thicken. Remove from
heat and pour it on serving plate. Now it is ready to be served.
