Method:

Cut onions, garlic and tomato into small pieces. Cut the
cheese slice into 1cm square, about 8 pieces per slice.

Put the beef, eggs, black pepper and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix it
until it is a bit sticky.

Pinch a bit from the mixture. Put the cheese in it and roll it into
small or medium sized ball. Put it on baking plate.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the
surface of the meatball is golden.

Put the olive oil into a skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic and
basil. Stir for about 30 sec, add in onions and stir again.

When the onion is soft, add in tomatoes, chili powder, salt,
black pepper and white wine. Cook for about 10 ~ 15 minutes.

Add in meatballs and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
