Chicken Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:

 

White and dark chicken meat,

coarsely ground

Onion, chopped                   

Garlic, chopped                    

Celery, chopped                  

Bell peppers, chopped          

Parsley, chopped

Egg

Salt                                   

Freshly ground black pepper  

Cayenne                         

Worcestershire sauce      

Tabasco sauce              

Dried fine bread crumbs

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine the chicken, onions, garlic, celery, bell pepper and parsley together in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add the egg, salt, black pepper, cayenne, Worcestershire, Tabasco and bread crumbs. Mix it thoroughly. Put the mixture into a 5 x 10 inch loaf pan and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

  4. Bake for 1 hour. or until juices run clear.

  5. Remove from oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
