Method:
Wash the chicken breast meat and pat dry after that.
Marinate with soy source and white wine.
Put asparagus in boiling water and cook for about 1
mins. Separate it from the boiling water and put immediately in ice
water. after it is cool, pat dry
Put the chicken breast meat on a aluminum foil. Place
the asparagus on the middle of the chicken breast meat.
Roll up the chicken breast meat with the aluminum foil.
Seal the opening by twisting the aluminum foil.
