Chicken breast meat
Balsamic Vinegar
Low fat cream
Onion, grated
Brown sugar
Rosemary leave
Sage, grated

Method:

Wash and pat dry the chicken breast meat. Sprinkle some
salt and black pepper on it.

In a cooking pan, cook the balsamic vinegar and sugar until the mixture
is thicken. Remove from heat.

In a separate cooking pan, pour some olive oil and heat up with high
heat. Add in onion, rosemary leave and sage. Add in chicken meat and
cook until the surface of the chicken meat is brownish.

Pour the balsamic mixture into the chicken meat and stir it well. Add
in cream and stir again. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 20
minutes.

Put the chicken on serving plate and pour some sauce over it. Serve
immediately.
