Easy Curry Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast meat  500g

Garlic, grated

Onion, small             3

Dried shrimp             1 tablespoon

Cayenne Pepper        2

Curry leaves             20pcs

Vegetable oil            2 tablespoons

 

Curry powder           3 tablespoons

Oyster sauce           1 tablespoon

Soy sauce               1 tablespoon

Dark soy sauce         1 tablespoon

Salt

Water                     100 ml

 

Method:

  1. Shred the garlic. Cut onion in to slices. Wash and pat dry the dried shrimp. Cut chicken breast meat into cubes. Marinate the meat with 1 tablespoon of curry powder.

  2. Pour the oil in cooking pan and put it over medium heat. When the oil is hot, put in garlic, dried shrimp and onion. Fry for a while and then add in curry leaves and cayenne pepper.

  3. Add chicken breast meat into cooking pan and fry for about 1 minute. Add in the rest of the ingredient and stir fry. Cover it with a lid and remove from heat when the meat is cooked.
