Japanese Braised Chicken Wing Recipes

Ingredients:

Chicken Wing           5

Japanese Sake          5 tablespoons

Japanese Soy Sauce  2 tablespoons

Sugar                      1 teaspoon

Honey                     1 teaspoon

 

Method:

  1. Wash and pay dry the chicken wing.

  2. Combine sake , soy sauce and sugar in a mixing bowl and marinate the chicken wing with it. Leave it for at least 45 minutes.

  3. Wrap the chicken wing in aluminum foil and place it on baking pan.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake for about 8 ~ 12 minutes.  Remove from oven. Brush some honey on the chicken wing and bake for another 5 ~ 10 minutes.
