Mustard Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken breast meat

Onions

Garlic

Olive oil

Mustard

Chicken stock

Low Fat Cream

Salt

Black Pepper

Parsley

Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken meat. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it.

  2. Cut the onion into small pieces. Grate the garlic.

  3. Pour the olive oil in a frying pan and heat it with medium heat. Put the chicken meat in and fry until the surface is brownish. Add in onions and garlic and fry for about 2 minutes.

  4. Pour the chicken stock in and bring it to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer. Stir occasionally. Cook for about 1 hour.

  5. Pour in cream and mustard sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add in salt, black pepper and parsley.

  6. Serve immediately.

Tips: This recipe can be served with spaghetti.
