Pork Fillets with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Pork fillets             750g ~1000g

Fresh mushrooms    250g

Salt

Pepper

Nutmeg

Evaporated milk

Vegetable Oil

 

Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry the pork fillet. Rub in pepper and salt.

  2. Put some vegetable oil in a skillet with lid. Heat in medium heat. Brown both sides of the pork fillet. Close the lid and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.

  3. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.

  4. Turn the meat after 10 minutes. add in mushroom and sprinkle with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Close the lid and cook for another 15 minutes.

  5. Mixed the finished mushrooms with the meat stock and some evaporated milk for the sauce.
