Combine all ingredients in ingredient B.
Apply it on spare rib and leave it aside for 20 minutes.
Peel and remove the seed of pumpkin. Cut
it into cubes. With 2~3 cups of water, add in 3 teaspoon of salt. Leave
pumpkin in the salty water for about 1 min. Separate from the water,
wash and pat dry.
Put garlic in deep skillet with a little
bit of oil and fry until is it golden. Put in also spare ribs. When the
surface of the spare rib is golden, add in pumpkin and ingredient A.
Close the lid and cook with low heat.
When pumpkin is soft, it is done. Put it in serving bowl and it is now
ready to be served.
