Quick Roast Chicken Recipes

Ingredients:

Chicken Thighs     6

 

Soy sauce           5 tablespoons

Black Soy Sauce   1/2 tablespoon

Five spice powder 1/2 teaspoon

Honey                 1 tablespoon

Garlic                  6 cloves

 

Method:

  1. Lightly smashed the garlic. Wash and pay dry the chicken thighs.

  2. Put the chicken thighs and other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Marinate the chicken. Leave it in refrigerator for a few hours.

  3. Preheat the oven to 355°F.

  4. Prepare a baking pan by putting in aluminum foil. Place the marinated chicken on the baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Remove the chicken from oven. Turn it over and spread the sauce evenly on the second surface. Bake for another 15 minutes or until it is cooked.

Tips: This is not limited to chicken thigh. You can choose chicken breast meat for this recipe as well.
