Roast Chicken Recipe with touch of Rosemary

Ingredients:

Chicken drumstick/chicken breast meat
Rosemary
Onion
Potato
Apple
BBQ sauce
Honey

Method:

1. Clean the meat and pat dry. Spread BBQ source on it evenly. Leave it aside to marinate for 10 mins.
2. Peel potatoes and cut into 4 pieces each. Cut onion into 4 pieces. Cut apple into slices and remove the seed. Place potatoes, onions and apple on baking pan. Sprinkle rosemary on it. Place the meat on it.
3. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 10 minutess. Take it out, spread BBQ source on the chicken. Bake at 350°F for 5 mins.
4. Take out and turn the meat to the other side, spread BBQ source on it. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. For the last time turn it back to the 1st side spread some honey on the chicken and bake at 400°F for 5 minutes.
