Roast Chicken Recipes (Korean Style)

Ingredients:

Soy Sauce                     2 tablespoons

Sesame                          2 teaspoons

Garlic, minced                  1 tablespoon

Ginger, minced                 2 teaspoon

Sugar                             1 1/2 tablespoon

Sesame oil                       1 tablespoon

Black pepper                    1 teaspoon

Chicken thigh/breast meat  600g

Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breast meat. Cut very thin slice on the meat in order to marinate.

  2. Combine all other ingredient in a mixing bowl. Mix it well.

  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and marinate for 2 hours. If possible leave it overnight in refrigerator.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake for about 50 ~ 60 minutes. When it is almost done, brush some sauce over the surface of the meat and continue baking until it is done.
