Roast Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

Butter

Pork Chop

 

Ingredient (A)

Brown Sugar

Lemon juice

Apple Vinegar

Salt

Onions

 

Ingredients (B)

Pepper

Cayenne Pepper

Paprika powder

Salt

Chili Powder

Tomato Ketchup

Worcester sauce

Mustard

Water

1/3 teaspoon

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients (B) in a mixing bowl.

  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F with a baking pan inside.

  3. After the oven is heated, remove the baking pan. Put butter and all ingredients (A) in the baking pan. Put the pork chop on it. Pour the mixture at step 1 over the pork chop.

  4. Put the baking pan back into the oven. Bake for 1 hr 15 minutes. Turn and pour the sauce over the pork chop every 20 minutes during the baking time.

  5. Serve with Salad and French bread.
