Method:

Boil some water in a boiler. For the
amount of water, just make sure it will cover the chick breast meat
when we put it in. Put in ginger and spring onion.

Put the chicken into the boiling water
and cook for 15 mins.

After it is cooked, separate it from
the hot water and put it in ice water for 10 minutes. Remove it and
pat dry. For the water used to boiled the chicken can now be used as
stock

For kale, put it in boiling water for
around 1 minute and remove from water.

In a separate frying pan, put a little
bit of oil. Put in garlic, fry until it is golden. Add in oyster
source, ½ teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons of stock from step 3.

Place the chicken and kale on serving
plate. Pour some sauce on it.
