Method:
Remove the vein from chicken breast meat and clean it.
Pay dry. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it.
Cut spring onion into small slices.
Gently beat the egg with salt and pepper. Add in spring
onion
Spread some oil on the baking pan. Place chicken meat on
baking pan.
Preheat oven to 400°F. bake the chicken for 5 – 6
minutes. Remove from oven. Pour the mixture from step 2 on it. Adjust
temperature to 340°F. bake for 2 – 3 minutes.
