Simple Steamed Chicken wih Flammulina

Ingredients:

Chicken drumstick / chicken breast meat
Flammulina
Mushroom
Ginger
Oyster sauce
Salt

 

 250g
100g
4pcs
20g
1 tablespoon
½ teaspoon

Method:

1. Wash and remove the skin for chicken drumstick. Pat dry.
2. Cut ginger into small pieces and grained to sauce.
3. Combine juice from ginger with oyster source. Apply it on chicken. Leave it aside for 15 minutes.
4. Wash and pat dry flammulina and mushroom. Cut mushroom into slices.
5. Place chicken on cooking plate. Put mushroom and flammulina on top of it. Sprinkle salt on it.
6. Place the chicken inside a steamer. Steam for 15 minutes.
