Smoked Pork Ribs With Pineapple

Ingredients:

 

Smoked Pork Ribs    1500g~2000g

Onion                   1

Fresh Pineapple      1

Cream                   1/8 litre

Vegetable oil          1 tablespoon

Pepper

Method:

  1. Rub pepper on the meat. Chop the onion in fine pieces.

  2. Put vegetable oil in a skillet with lid and put it over medium heat. Brown the meat all over. Put the onion in the skillet and close the lid. Turn to low heat. 

  3. Slice and peel the pineapple. Cut the hard cores and dice them finely with the end pieces.

  4. After 30 minutes, turn the meat, add in the pineapple pieces. Continue cooking for another 30 ~ 40 minutes.

  5. When ready, cut the meat into thick slices and serve.
