Method:
Wash pork spare ribs and pat dry.
Cut garlic into small pieces. Combine it with soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Apply it on spare ribs. Leave it aside for 20 minutes.
Cut dried bean curd into 4 pieces each and bell pepper into cubes.
Combine bean curd, bell pepper and spare ribs. Place it in a cooking plate.
Boil water with a larger cooking pan. When the water is boiling, put the spare ribs above the water and close the lid. Steam it for around 10 minutes.
