Thai Beef Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Beef fillet, slices 200g

Ginger, slices  1 tablespoon

red cayenne 1

Coriander

Thai chili sauce 6 ~ 8 tablespoons

 

Method:

  1. Grated the red cayenne and coriander.

  2. Boil some water in a cooking pot. put the beef slice into the boiling water and cook for about 10 second. Remove from water and leave it cool.

  3. When the beef slice is cool, put it on serving plate. Mix it with Thai chili sauce. Sprinkle the ginger, red cayenne and coriander on it.
