Baked Fish Recipe With Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:

Fish Fillets                         4

Black pepper, grated           1 tablespoon

Salt

Cheese powder

Garlic, minced                    1 tablespoon

Butter, cut into small cubes

Fresh Sage leaves              2

Flour


Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets. Cut the sage leaves into small pieces. Spread the black pepper, salt and save leaves on the fillet. Marinate it for 15 minutes.

  2. Preheat the oven to 355°C.

  3. Prepare a baking pan by place aluminum foil in it. Spread a little bit of flour and salt on the aluminum foil.

  4. Sprinkle some flour evenly on the fish fillet.

  5. Place the fillet on the baking pan. Sprinkle some butter, cheese powder and minced garlic on it.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fillet is cooked.

  7. Remove the fish fillet from oven, place it on serving plate. Pour some black pepper sauce on it. It is now ready to be served.
