Carp Fish Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Carp                           1

Mixed soup vegetables   1 packet

Mushrooms                   250g

Salt

Water

Lemon Juice

 

Sauce:

White Wine                  1/4 liter

Flour                           2 teaspoons

 


Method:

  1. Clean the carp and salt it acidify. Cut the mushroom in to quarters.

  2. Place the fish together with vegetables and mushroom in a deep skillet. Piour the water just enough to cover the vegetables. Cook over medium heat and close it with a lid.

  3. Cook the soup until it is boiling. Switch to lowest heat and cook for another 20 minutes.

  4. Turn the fish and vegetables into a sauce with white wine and flour. Season it with salt and serve immediately.
