Wash and pat dry the fish fillet. Pour some olive oil in
the frying pan and heat it with medium heat. Place the cod fish fillet
in the pan and fry until it is a golden. Remove the fillet from pan.
Put black pepper, asparagus, bell pepper, celery and salt in a baking
pan. Preheat the oven to 300°F. Bake the vegetables for 15 minutes.
Put all the ingredients of sauce except green jalapeno sauce into
boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes. Combine all the ingredients
for sauce in mixer and mix it well.
Pour the cream into a mixer and add in pineapple. Blend these together
as sour cream.
Pour the green jalapeño sauce on serving plate and then sauce from step
3. Put the cod fish fillet on it. Serve the vegetables and mashed
potato around the fillet together with the sour cream.
