Easy Fish Fillet Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Fish Fillet        2 pieces

Potato Starch  50g

Egg                1

Vegetable oil    2 tablespoons

Orange Sauce

 


Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillet. Put the egg in a mixing bowl and stir to combine egg white and yolk. Spread the egg evenly on the fish fillet and follow by cornstarch.

  2. Pour vegetable oil in a skillet and out it over medium heat. When the oil is hot, put in the fish fillet. When the surface is brownish, turn to cook the other side.

  3. Cook for about 1 minutes, pour in the orange sauce and cook for about 1 minutes.

  4. Serve immediately.
