Fish with Asparagus Roll

 

Ingredients:

Salmon
Sea bream
Asparagus
Rosemary

Salt
Liquor
Lemon juice
Water
Black pepper
Olive oil

1 teaspoon
2 teaspoons

1 teaspoon


Method:

  1. Cut the fishes into 1 cm thick and 10 cm long.

  2. Cook asparagus in boiling water for 30 sec and remove from water.

  3. Sprinkle some salt on fish fillet. Place asparagus on the fillet. Roll the fish fillet.

  4. Spread a little bit of oil on a cooking plate. Place fillet from step 3 in a steamer and steam for about 3 to 5 mins. Make sure the water is boiling before you place the fish roll inside.

  5. Put rosemary leave in a frying pan with olive oil. Fry for 3 to 5 mins. Add in liquor and lemon juice. Remove from heat once it is boiling.

  6. Place fish fillet on serving place. Pour the source from step 5 on it. It is now ready to be served.
