Ingredients:
Egg white 6
Chicken broth 2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Fresh crab meat 1 1/2 cup
Green Onion
Ginger
Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
White Wine 2 tablespoon
Corn starch 2 teaspoon
Water 4 tablespoon
Method:

Cut the onion into small cubes and ginger
into small slices.

Pour 4 egg white, milk and chicken broth in a serving
plate. Stir to combine and then put it into a steamer. Steam for 7
minutes.

Put some oil in a frying pan and add in the other 2 egg whites. Stir it
until is it half cooked. Remove from heat.

Combine water and corn starch. Put some oil in the frying pan and add
in ginger, green onions. Add in crab meat and stir. Add in white wine
and corn starch mixture and stir. Add in the egg white from step 3.
Cook until the mixture is thicken and remove from heat.

Pour the crab meat mixture on the steamed egg white. Now it is ready to
be served.
