Ingredients:

Cod fish fillet
Ginger. sliced
Red Wine
Lemon juice
Salt
Water
Green pepper, cut into cubes
Carrot, cut into cubes
Vegetable oil

Method:

Heat up the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add in ginger
and stir. Add in fish fillet and fry it for about 2 minutes and turn
over to the 2nd side and also fry for about 2 minutes.

Pour in the wine, lemon juice, salt and water. Cook fro about 4 ~ 5
minutes or until the fillet is easy to flake.

In a separate pot, pour in some water and bring it boil. Put the
vegetables in the boiling water and cook about 1 minutes. Separate the
vegetables from the water and leave dry.

Place the fillet and vegatble on serving plate. Pour the sauce on it
and serve.
