Ingredients:

Small red potatoes,
scrubbed

Crab/Crawfish

Method:

Use 2 recipes for seafood seasoning mix.
Put the bags of seasoning mix, water,
potatoes, onions, lemons, 1 1/4 cups cups of salt, 1/4 cup of cayenne
and garlic in a large stockpot. Bring it to a boil, cover and boil for
15 minutes.

add in sausage, corn and crab. Use long handle spoon, stir around and
press the content down well into the water. Cover the pot and bring it
to boil again for 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat. Add in the remaining salt and cayenne.

Use long handle spoon to press the content down well into the water.
Cover the pot and bring it to boil again for 15 minutes. Drain.

Divide the potatoes, onions, corn and sausage into equal portions and
serve with seafood on large platters.
