Ingredients:
Squid Egg To fu Asparagus Carrot Mushroom Green pea Fish stock Soy sauce Sauce Fish stock Pinch of salt Soy sauce Ginger juice
1 pcs 1/2 pcs 1/2 pcs 1 pcs 1/4 pcs 2 pcs 1 tablespoon 3 tablespoon 2 tablespoon 1 ½ tablespoon 1 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
Wash and clean up the skin of squid and gut. Clean the inside of the squid with salt.
Using paper towel, pat dry the tofu.
Put asparagus into boiling water and cook for 2 -3 mins.
Cut carrot, mushroom and asparagus into small cubes.
Combine the vegetables with fish stock and soy source in boiler and cook for about 10 minutes.
Mash the tofu and mix it with the vegetables in step 5. Add in eggs, salt and mix well.
Sprinkle some potato starch inside the squid. Stuff the ingredient in step 6 into it.
Seal the opening with tooth pick and place it on steamer. Steam for 10 mins.
Sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix it well.
Cut the stuffed squid into slices and place it on serving plate. Pour some source over it and it is now ready to be served.
