Healthy Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

 

To Fu           1

Cream Corn    1 can

Tomato         2

Green Pea      2 tablespoons

Carrot           ½

Yogurt          60ml

Water            2 cups

Corn starch    2 tablespoons

Salt              2 teaspoons

 

 

Method:

  1. Cut to fu, tomatoes and carrots into small cubes.

  2. Pour the water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add in cream corn, tomatoes, carrot and green pea.

  3. Bring the mixture to boil again. Add in corn starch and stir to mix it well. Add in the yogurt and stir again.

  4. Remove from heat and serve.
