Korean Kimchi Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Pork ribs                   200g

Bacon                      70g

Potatoes                   2

Kimchi                      45g

Fermented chili paste  2 tablespoon

Winter mushroom        200g

Salt

Water                       4 cups

 

 

Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry the pork ribs. Cut it into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Same for bacon. Peel the potato and cut it into quarter.

  2. Pour the water in a boiler over medium heat. Bring it to a boil. Put in pork ribs and bacons.

  3. When the soup is boiling, add in Kimchi and chili paste and turn to high heat. When the soup is boiling again, add in potato. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 45 minutes.

  4. After 45 minutes, add in little bit of salt and  put in winter mushroom. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
