Low Fat Casserole

Ingredients:

 

Bean curb

Celery

Coriander, chopped

Mozzarella cheese

Ham, cut in cubes

Miso

Soy Sauce

3 teaspoons

 

Method:

  1. Wash and pay dry the bean curb. Cut it into 4 slices. Wash and cut celery into slices. Place the bean curb and celery in a baking pan.

  2. Combine soy sauce and miso. Pour in on bean curb and celery. Sprinkle the cheese on it.

  3. Preheat the oven to 360°F. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  4. Serve immediately.
