Vegetarian Mushroom Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Kelp                        2

White raddish, small   3

Chinese cabbage       2 leaves

Water chestnut         5

Winter mushroom       100g

Button mushroom       10

Water                      4 cups

Salt

Sesame

 

 

Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry the white radish and put it in food processor and process it. Same for water chest nut. Cut Chinese cabbage into slices and button mushroom into half.

  2. Place kelp and water in a boiler over medium heat. Bring it to boil and cook until the water left about 2/3.

  3. Add Chinese cabbage, white radish and water chestnut into the kelp soup. Turn to medium-low heat and boil for about 1/2 hr. Add in winter mushroom and button mushroom. Cook  until the button mushroom is soft.

  4. Add salt and stir a little. Remove from heat and serve.
